Resolutions for 2010 | Process Improvement

Resolution #1  – Continue to find ways to improve processes

Every process needs to be reviewed, evaluated and prioritized. Each department at Midwest Laboratories analyzes its own processes and looks for ways to make the analysis more productive through a number of ways. Resources are evaluated as a part of this process: reviews of analysts, equipment, methods.  Each one of these areas requires supervisors to manage the process and receive input from subordinates.

All of this work must be client-focused. As a result reports, online data, supplies and turnaround time must be considered so “value” is added to the process that clients actually can see. Client input is taken very seriously and every suggestion given to Midwest Laboratories is received, evaluated and responded to.

Let Midwest Laboratories personnel know about your wishes for 2010.  We would like to hear from our current clients.
