2010 has been an exciting year. The most exciting part has been connecting with our clients and internal employees.
Connecting with Clients
Midwest Laboratories representatives have been present at 20 different trade-shows since the beginning of the year.
Clients are finding Midwest Laboratories on the web and submitting inquiries on a regular basis.
A number of current agriculture clients will be touring Midwest Laboratories this week and attending courses sponsored by Midwest Laboratories.
Connecting with Employees
We have made it a point to continue to connect with clients as much as possible in 2010. In addition, we are trying to continue to market ourselves internally. Just this week, we have added departmental signs with key points to help employees understand each of the different departments just a little better.
Capturing the Experience
Our approach is similar to the DisneyWorld Model and when you start putting the client first, and see it through the eyes of clients, it helps put things into perspective. It is for this reason that we also cleaned up our front desk area with a new “Midwest Laboratories Inc.” sign to help set this experience from the start.
