I have come across another potential food crisis. According to the attached article, “People in China consume 2 to 3 million tons of illegal cooking oil every year” The cooking oil is made up of recycled kitchen or restaurant waste containing aflatoxin.
Aflatoxins – Is a toxin produced from mold that can cause cancer.
A nationwide inspection has been ordered by China’s State Food and Drug Administration.
