I really like this time of the month. We bring our supervisors, managers and sales force in for meetings. Our meetings are really about reconnecting with each other and bringing everyone up to speed with our clients, analysis and interactions with co-workers. We learn so much!
Clients – We looked closely at our clients and really believe that we have some of the best clients in the business. Our lab represents clients from across the country and across different sample types. The key is building these relationships and continuing to serve their needs.
Lots of excitement is occurring over the next few months: New Lab Facility opening this summer! New equipment to keep up with sample volume.
