This time of year, the supervisors and salespeople of Midwest Laboratories get together to discuss issues on how to better serve our CLIENTS. This is our focus and we take time to work on this important asset. While most companies may meet off-site to get away from the distractions of work for a day, our managerial staff take a different approach.
We extend the day, extend the week! Because we value the client’s turnaround time, we meet for a couple of hours, go back to our respective departments for a couple of hours and repeat this process for three days. This was really done out of necessity, to insure that reporting was not delayed.
