I know today is the last day of the conference. I think the conference really highlights some great speakers and brings in some of the best people in the food industry. Great Products and services. I have seen a number of comments on twitter indicating a positive outlook with the current economic conditions we are facing.

I think the real item here is that people in the food industry are working all of the time. It’s all about serving clients and meeting their needs in a timely manner. The Restaurant Industry really understands this by making relationships first. Relationships are the key!
