I had the pleasure to listen to a representative from McDonald’s at the National Restaurant Association Conference last month. The gentleman speaking seemed very confident about McDonald’s Nutritional Information and Labeling. I know understand more why he was so confident. McDonald’s is ahead of the pack in this area and will be ready for any final USDA legislation.
