When having nutrition information tested be sure to find out if the laboratory that is running your tests is performing database analysis or chemical analysis. Several laboratories provide a very vague description of how the testing will be performed and , therefore, charge more for database analysis. This can be misleading because clients think they are getting chemical analysis and are in fact only getting database analysis.
