Great customer service uses this phrase “Caring with desire”
Care is that loose word that everyone uses. “Well I care about you” ” I don’t care for your actions” “We are a caring institution”
I want to introduces the word desire and the following formula
Caring + Desire = Great Customer Service
See desire mean” to wish for” “to petition” You are actually wanting to help this person and see the proces through. That is what Great Customer Service is all about.
Takeaway:
The next time someone is trying to answer your question or provide you with some service, ask them where their desire is in servicing your need.
If you deal with customer service, add the word desire somewhere in your conversation, you may be surprised how you can increase your effectiveness.
