Kids Meal Study

I finally started a study that I have been talking about for weeks.   The decomposing kids meal study has begun.

Background

There is a lot of information on the internet regarding this subject. Some people have left hamburgers or twinkees out for months to see if any mold will grow on these products.  I purchased two kids meals yesterday from different restaurants. The goal of this study is to see what type of bacterial growth will form on these products.  I feel that  a lot of fast-food is full of preservatives and with that being the case, it may be a long time before any mold is seen.  It also means that we may not be eating much in the way of natural ingredients.  In any case check out this site for more updates.

Kids Meal Observations

The kids meal cheeseburgers were purchased August 19, 2010.

Observations will be made periodically with pictures and videos.  Stay tuned.
