Not Much Change
It’s been 2 weeks..The original study started August 19, 2010. The last update, indicated some possible mold, but I have not seen too much growth since that post was made. Today, I have posted two more pictures and as you can see not much change in two weeks.

Summary
I know if I left out hamburgers or bread on the counter, I would see some natural signs of decay. How long till some noticeable decay will occur. These samples are just sitting with lids over the product to keep out any insects.
