Drought will be the story this summer

The last 12 months have been the warmest ever in the United States. Drought looks to be the biggest story this summer.

The heat wave with temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit is taking its toll.

I was taken back when I watched this story at how the heat has really taken a toll on the corn fields and soybean fields.

Also, livestock are also affected by the extreme heat and lack of moisture. The pastures look like a desert area.
