		<description>Once again the government is trying to save us from ourselves - not gonna happen. What it does do is increase the cost of dining out. The only way a restaurant chef can truly reduce salt is to make everything from scratch - costing more in ingredients, time, and commercial restaurant equipment to prepare everything in the kitchen instead of outsourcing things like sauces.</description>
